Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Free Shipping
Lumbre offers free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $150 or more. The order subtotal must meet the $150 minimum after discounts and before applicable taxes. Additional or expedited shipping options, when available, may be offered at an additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Delays
Lumbre is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will always do our best to assist you if an issue arises with your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. Lumbre is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, please contact us if you experience an issue, and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
