Due to the nature of our products and our small-business operations, Lumbre does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, size, color, or other buyer-related reasons. Please review all product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us  within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Handcrafted & Genuine Leather Products
Many Lumbre products are handcrafted using genuine leather and artisan techniques. Natural variations in leather, including differences in grain, texture, markings, tooling, stitching, and color, are characteristics of handcrafted and natural materials and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or fulfillment.
